  1. Protect and act in the best interests of consumers, whilst upholding the basic principles and ethical conduct of the debt counselling process
  2. Adhere to high standards of integrity and maintain honest, open communication with clients
  3. Work strictly within the time frames allotted to the various stages of the debt review process
  4. Ensure that clients fully understand the debt review process and the consequences and their role in the process
  5. My main aim is to empower consumers to optimise their finances in the full knowledge that ‘The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.’ (Proverbs 22:7)
